Overall we are very happy with the service we received.
We had a month wait time just to initially see the sales person, which seems too long a time.
Office staff seemed very friendly and knowledgeable.
Overall the sales presentation was pretty good, however a little more detail about the equip we were buying could have been provided.
Everything went well as far as we know.
Housekeeping was great.
What made you choose our company:
We chose Basement Systems over (2) other contractors to replace and upgrade our sump pumps. Basement Systems personnel seemed to be most knowledgeable about leaky basement issues in general and also had testimonials of proven repair solutions and displayed confidence that they had the expertise to do the job.
Basement Systems also referred us to a handyman who would do the repairs after the job was done...
